The Excel Spreadsheet that you can download below shows the Perspectives and Experiences needed to achieve the mission, as identified by the Convener Group that met February 6, 2006 and further refined on February 13 and 20th.
Adding names of those who have been recommended to become stakeholders, or those who have volunteered creates the full grid.
The Convening Group and the Steering Committee reviewed the grid to identify where Perspectives and Experiences were needed and recruited individuals who fill those needs.
Reading the full grid:
A "1" indicates that the stakeholder has identified this as a perspective or experience that they have. An "R" means that the stakeholder has indicated that they can represent that perspective or experience.
Other Important Points:
It is important to remember that this list is not exclusive. Anyone who feels compelled to join this process is welcome. This matrix helps us be sure all the necessary Perspectives and Experiences of the community are being reflected in the core group. At the same time, it will be helpful to the process if clusters of Stakeholders (that is, groups of people who reflect a similar set of perspectives) recognize that perhaps their views will be represented by one or two people, instead of needing the whole cluster to be present.
