Below are the answers to a question put to the Stakeholder Group: What information do we need in order to make good decisions about our concerns about visitors to Sitka and what they do? They were grouped into eight topic areas (you can see the categories on the left). Now Stakeholders are tackling the daunting responsibility of gathering that information and presenting it to the group.
Below is the key to navigating the information grid below.

|||||
| A workgroup is researching the information. | The Steering Committee has "parked" this topic for now. | The needed information has been presented and the Stakeholder Group has come to a common understanding of it. | |||
After the information is presented, three questions are asked of the group:
Claifying Questions:
1) Does the group understand what was presented?
2) What do we need to retain in order to make good decisions?
3) Are there further questions that we need to answer before we can close this issue?
Once we have successfully moved through these questions and reached consensus on closing the needed information, we move it to "red" status. For those closed issues, links are provided to the data presented, and the notes from the meeting. All downloads are in Adobe Acrobat (
